Process of buying a home:
Ideally, six months prior to your move in date, call All Financial Services. We will pull your credit report to determine what your 3 credit scores are. We will look for any blemishes and inaccuracies on your credit report. This allows you to fix the inaccuracies of the credit report and also, allows you the time to improve your credit score so you can qualify for the best programs and best interest rates.

Based on the complete loan application we have from you, we will determine how much money you want to put down on the purchase and also help determine what is a comfortable monthly payment for you and your family is.

If you don’t have a realtor that you are working with, we will help you partner up with an experienced and professional realtor who will help you locate the type of home that you are looking and the type of neighborhood that you are looking for.

Once you have found the right home for you and your family, put up an offer for the home. Once your offer is accepted, get ready for settlement.

Settlement: Get to the title company half an hour early, so you feel comfortable for the paperwork you will sign with the settlement officer. Once the settlement is finished, you will be handed the KEYS to your home.
